Studio Braun has been in operation since 1998, and began
offering hosting services in 2000. We are a small company,
priding ourselves on high quality, rapid support. Our operating
mission is to offer this high level of service at a sensible
price, one that's allowed us to grow in a controlled manner
without ever sacrificing our basic principles.
Our clients have websites ranging from personal projects
through to corporate presence and email, and based on industry
surveys, we've comparatively maintained an extremely loyal
client base, including clients that have been with us from
the very start.
Over time we've evolved, staying current with the best-established
industry standards, from both hardware and software perspectives.
We've maintained a constant path of hardware upgrades, and
install the latest software (once it's established to be a
stable version). We manage everything that needs to be managed
behind the scenes, and can even help you put our webpages
online.
Our hosting services include an online helpdesk for helping
clients track the assistance we offer; though we're always
happy to respond by email too. For the most part, no inquiry
is unanswered past one or two hours, and is generally resolved
the same day.
Our account control panel is the industry leader (cPanel
6.0) - the favourite choice of web designers and general business
users alike.
In 2003 we moved our Network Operations Center to Toronto,
to enable us to best serve our Canadian clients. From the
beginning we’ve done our invoicing in Canadian dollars,
and are proud to now offer end-to-end domestic services.
