About our Data Transfer Allocation

We give each account a limit on its data transfer -- "unlimited" data transfer simply cannot exist. We will monitor bandwidth usage and get in touch if it looks like you’re headed towards the limits, but we can’t be everywhere at all times, and if you bring new high bandwidth content online we could miss it. Please ensure that you monitor regularly how much bandwidth your site is using by logging into your control panel. If you get near your allotted total, get in touch so that we find an appropriate plan or supply more transfer. The default bandwidth overages will be charged unless you specifically tell us to cut off your site when the limit is reached.
